SHB = Strictly Hard Bean - grown at high altitude (above 1350 meters). 

The shade and volcanic soil contribute to ideal conditions. Grown from a single estate in the Piedra Candela region, among the tropical rain forest. It is farmed by small landowners, wet-milled, and sun-dried on concrete patios.

Cupping Notes: clean, medium body, soft acidity, pleasant citrus and chocolate notes.
